Planting trees during internship training @ St.John's Girls Higher Secondary School,Nazareth
During out B.Ed internship at St. John's Girls Higher Secondary School, Nazareth for about 16 weeks.
There were 11 members for B.Ed training joined and we all decided to plant some trees which would be a remembrance life long in the school campus. We planted vadumai and arasa maram in the school campus. The trees list a lot of benefit to the soceity. Trees provide flowers, fruit, fodder and fuel to communities and living creatures, offer shade to nomads and their livestock, give shelter to birds and animals, prevent soil erosion and flooding, improve water catchment, generate oxygen, reduce pollution and benefit posterity while decarbonising the atmosphere.
